Fitness Kickboxing Since December 2007 we have enjoyed owning and operating The greatest exercise in the world is the one you will do. That is why we love fitness kickboxing. There are members who joined us just after we opened who are still there week in and week out. They are there because they love it and it is a great workout. So much of what we work with our clients on is emotions, mindset and beliefs. Believe it or not, fitness kickboxing compliments this approach. The value in the stress release that comes when you can kick and punch away the day`s frustrations. The feelings of empowerment that accompany a strong vibrant body and mind are incredible. Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Our approach to holistic lifestyle coaching is based on the 6 foundation principles of health and wellness. Thoughts, Breathing, Hydration, Nutrition, Sleep and Movement. We also beleive that you must take an intelligent path to these lifestyle adjustments. Changing small and changing often is where true and lasting success can be found.
