This presentation took place on March 26th, 2010 at the Division Level of Toastmasters International Speech Contest.  It was a great night with awesome speeches, unfortunately I did not win.  Many people expressed that my message spoke to them and that they will now think differently about the one healthy choice that I focused on.  I hope you enjoy this video and that you too will feel drawn to make a healthier choice and apply what is shared.
